Overview
The Reporting Tool enables Property Management and Tenancy Managers to
run reports on all requests completed using the eBuilding Building
Management tools. Recorded request details include: ID number, Creator,
Time, Type of Request, Assigned, Status of Request, Cost of Job, Contact
details and a history of comments.
The Reporting Tool is useful in analysing the service levels of the
building. By running a report that lists all requests with an open
status, Property Staff can quickly focus on and address requests that
have not been completed within the required period of time.
The Reports provide a history of maintenance information that enables
Property Staff to recognise problem areas, e.g the request history will
indicate if one air conditioning unit has needed fixing repeatedly.
The Reporting tool can be used to help generate invoices for Tenancy maintenance. The reports can be used to calculate the cost of each request and output this data to a csv file. The csv file is compatible with most spreadsheet type accounting software.
