The Marketing facility is used to attract new tenants, shoppers, lunchtime patrons, building investors and to update existing building investors with current building information.

The Building Profile section of your eBuilding website includes information for tenants, visitors, prospective tenants and owners. The information is divided into 3 sections: Building Features, a Tenant Directory and Visitors.

The Building Features section focuses on the building's key promotional points, highlighting these with photography and marketing information. The key promotional points usually include a beautiful foyer, quality fittings, architectural features, the building's history as well as lifestyle promotional aspects such as a tennis court or a cosy visitor's lounge.

The Tenant Directory includes links to tenants' websites which adds value to the property's leasing package.

The Visitor's section provides useful information for visitors to your building. The information is divided into sections relevant to the visitors needs. These sections are: Public Transport, Access, Deliveries and Car Parking.

The Retail section of your eBuilding website includes a Retailer directory, interactive Retail map, a Retail overview, further info about each retailer including a link to their website, photography, trading hours and contact details.

The Retail section is also used to promote special events and marketing campaigns. The Retail section content can be updated frequently to meet the needs of your marketing department. Teamed with advertising media the retail section is a useful reference point for competition information and entry forms etc. Add to this the ability to gauge the success of other advertising media with statistical reporting collated on the days of the promotion, and you have a powerful marketing tool.

The Leasing section of your eBuilding website includes a Leasing overview page, available space list, the building technical information pages and a virtual display of the building which includes interior & exterior photography. The virtual display photography can include a gallery style slide show, or a virtual 360 degree photo (iPix- please see the information below).
