eBuilding Features

Overview

The online Access Card System enables tenants to log requests directly into the system. This saves administration and processing time. The tenant firstly needs to login to the members section of your eBulding website. Once logged in, the system records all the transactions that they complete, which are filed away for later extraction with the reporting tool.

The tenants can submit a range of access card requests types, including: New, Car Parking, Existing Card Alteration, Faulty, Lost, Name Change, Suspend and Temporary. A different Property Staff member can be assigned to each of the different access card types saving time in processing of requests.

Once the request has been submitted an email is dispatched to the creator, the assigned property staff member and any cc'd supervisors.
